The Wheeling Area Chamber of Commerce initiated the Workforce Development program to address the gap between the business community and job seekers. We are building this initiative through partnerships with our members representing Wheeling's employers and educational institutions to strengthen the workforce pipeline. The Chamber is committed to igniting the career journeys of youth, enriching our local talent pool, and cultivating a prosperous future for the Wheeling area.
